2008 PAW 21
Walking to work in Odense, Denmark:
Back at home, Ewa is working on weekends to get papers marked and ready for the students’ final grades.
All were taken with a Leica IIIf and a 50/3.5 Elmar (with a shade). The last three were taken with the aperture wide-open.
What beautiful light in your kitchen… I attribute it to the northern loaction, as I sometimes find the light in Maine to be very seductive.

Thanks Bill. I am a big fan of kitchen window photography. Seriously. Window lighting is what I like best. It is soft, yet distinct. One of my favorites is:

It was also taken with the camera I bought from you.
Today is the official (not calendar) mid-summer eve. I’ll probably take the IIIf along. It’s my note-taking-camera.
